Your Scientific Horoscope: Theoretical physicists in Italy have discovered a parallel world into which neutrons escape. Under the influence of magnetic fields, the particles transition back and forth between this and a mirror world and settle in one or the other depending on certain conditions. This was first explored in the original series of Star Trek aptly named ‘Mirror-Mirror.’ Of course in that version the parallel world was one in which evil and good reversed their roles with versions of Kirk, Spock, and the rest of the crew existing in each.
